The core of our economic crisis is free trade. Free trade was consummated in 1993 by President Clinton and a Democrat controlled congress that joined hands with Republicans Rep. Newt Gingrich and Sen Bob Dole with even Rush Limbaugh backing President Clinton in the passing of these trade agreements that stole our jobs away and caused the economic crisis. Our economy based on making money on money instead of making things has burned out.
